My Style: Booties

The week of my birthday is winding down to it's final hours. I tried to stretch it out for as long as I could until the lady at the liquor store told me my I.D. had expired. Not cool.

My weekend is going to be pretty quite. A clean house, some Netflix and my new flannel sheets. If you haven't noticed, I am an adult now. I'm in my mid-to-late-20's.

It's official.

Friday Feature

On Wednesday I was part of an AMAZING styled shoot for Apple Brides out at Camden Ranch. The venue is actually a Christmas tree farm that has a beautiful barn and amazing views. It seemed as though the weather was taking a turn for the worst until.....

 I had so much fun getting all made up! I went to Blush Beauty Bar to get started on my hair, nails and makeup done!

Evy Mauro did an amazing job on my make up! I was very impressed and she was SUCH a doll.

Is it the weekend?

I wish I knew what a weekend was. In the past month I have traveled an insane amount. It was been SO fun and SO exciting and very very rewarding, but I am looking forward to some downtime. Some time to just relax at home, eating gelato and watching Pitch Perfect. 

Yup I do love that movie. 

Right now I am back in Portland and just wrapped up shooting a wedding. It was beautiful and lovely and rain soaked. That's a first for me! 

I am SO wishing I could be in New York right now for Fashion Week. This WILL happen next year. One way or another. 

This weekend I am attending a polo match! It's this big event that benefits The Ronald McDonald House. Expect pretty dresses big hair and big hats! I cannot wait! I need a fascinator! I think I'll just make one.... We will see how this turns out.

Emerald City

Sometimes you just need to get out of town. A change of scenery. A change of pace. 

Monday night (at about 9pm) my friend Katie and I packed our bags and hit the road.

Destination: Seattle.

We had an idea of what we wanted to accomplish.. but really.. we were just excited to be there!

You see, this was Katie's first visit to the Emerald City. 

I think I was more excited than she was. 

Yes we hit up the Market, the Space Needle and ever saw a flying fish.

(Although I couldn't convince Katie to catch one herself.)

Our trip was filled with adventure, laughter, great food and great company. 

Do you ever get the itch to travel??

Fresh amazing fruit, at the market, gum wall and sexy glasses. 

Space Needle, bubbles at the top of the Space Needle and a grilled cheese sandwich that left us speechless. How often does that happen?

Cute sign in a cupcake shoe, the troll, delish sushi and our bar hopping partners for the night!

Lost and Found

I decided it was time to update my phone.

Little Bit of Heaven With a Wild Side.

Great style, GREAT shoes and really just brought the funk to the photo shoot. 

This weekend is going to be CRAZY busy at my restaurant. 

Graduation + Mother's Day = everyone running their cute little butts off. 

Ohhh Boy. 

I plan on spending some time with my brother and future sister in-law

This is my new favorite spot in my house. If you follow me on Twitter you would already know that my new obsession is my GoogleTV. It's the best thing EVER.

I can blog and watch tv and pin things on Pinterest and tweet and facebook. I am connected in every way.. it's crazy and I love it!

But don't worry, I'm not going to let myself become a lazy fat bottom girl.

I promise to work out harder so I can watch more tv.
