All Children Are Angels

Except these particular two that I ran across today in the park. Here's what went down:

Here I am just snappin some photos of myself making funny faces and moving my body in strange ways. when I see this awesome tree. Right by the pond, low enough so I could climb it in heels and complete with it's own little chipmunk stairs. Can you spot them?

So I mozy on over to said tree. As I'm setting up my tripod Screaming-Kid-in-Helmet comes running by me nearly knocking my camera off the stand! Had I not seen the bike he rode in on I would have  thought that helmet was necessary for his survival. Only a few seconds later Screaming-Sister-in-Helmet follows his trail. Really? Is this the ONLY tree that you kids can play on? hmmpf. 

The dad semi-apologizes saying "Kids are funny, huh?" Ummm.. yes they are.. just not yours. 

They are actually stealing my tree.

I saw it first. 

Fine, You kids have your tree, I'll find another one to climb. 

P.s. I actually really love kids! But honestly I think these kids were trying to annoy me! The MINUTE I walked away from that tree they rode away on their bikes! why-I-oughtta....
