I have been noticing a few magazines making reference to Coconut Water and Mint Water. So I decided to give it a try! I just got done with an intense hour and a half of yoga and made my way to the local Huckleberry's which was just up the street.
I grabbed the coconut water with a 'splash' of pineapple. To my surprise it was actually pretty good! It has tons of electrolytes and more potassium that a banana, so it's a great post work out drink! I think I'm going to got back and try more flavors!
As for the Mint Water... I just tried the plain peppermint. It's good, but I'm not going crazy over it. Kind of tastes like toothpaste. But that's a plus! I'm sure it helps if you have bad breathe!
